There are many ways in which we work with landlords who already have a single property or portolio that they need support with. We can do this by connecting you with a  supported living provider within our network or connect you with a company who operates a serviced accomodation buisiness.

We will work with you to establish your needs and discuss the best type of provider or companyto take on the tenancy for your property. Whether it be a serviced accomodation company, social housing provider or supported living provider.

We will then find the provider or company within our community, and offer them a long term lease on your property. 

This will give you peace of mind that your property is being well looked after, as well as having a long term fixed passive income. With NO VOIDS.

We can also offer a comprehensive range of property management services to landlords within our community. 

We can either rent out your property on a room by room basis as a HMO or as whole for serviced accomodation purposes and charge guests a nightly rate to stay in the property.

All of the day to day running and management of the property will be done through one of our property management referral partners. 

In return, they will only take a small percentage of the rental income, which will allow you to achieve maxmium profit from the property every single month!
